 What's Your Grin Factor Today?

We're in the business of Grins!  Big, Ear to Ear Grins!  Grins from the rush you get.  Grins that come from unplugging from the matrix we live in.  Grins from seeing whales, dolphins & seals.  Grins from your kids having a blast.   Grins that come from hard earned money well spent. Grins from feeling alive!

Spraying Tooling Gelcoat

Tooling gel is sprayed on the waxed plug, and becomes the inner layer of the mold, after much fiberglass is layed up on top of it.

Measuring Mat

Mat must be pre-measured, so the wet-out can be done before the resin starts to cure in the pot.

Tearing Mat

Every edge of the mat must be torn so that there are no defined edges that print through onto the final mold.

Deck Mold

This is the deck mold after much sealing, waxing and prep work, with the primer already sprayed in for the first hulls.
