This is the main hull deck riser, where the crossbeams attach to. This area has triple carbon reinforcement plus the foam core.

Main Hull after Infusion

This is the main hull still in the mold after infusion. It has 16K carbon tow, 2 layers of foam core, extra carbon reinforcement in high stress places, and a light layer of s-glass to seal it all in (hence the white color.) At 24' long, weight is about 40 pounds.
